Very beautiful models: Lidia is an artist; super wools and not too expensive; the contact with passionate people is nice; the responses from the shop team are quick and efficient, (sometimes a bit terse though) You feel part of a community and eventually find the help you need, don't change anything. The communication work is modern and attractive, easy to access. To improve: some wools disappear, it's scary, no more Merino for example, the i-cord that changes... you need to explain to us why and the reference of an equivalent wool
