I was able to add a small item to my order that I had forgotten to order initially and it was included without any problem in the shipment. Then, I noticed that for the realization of my character, the recommended bag bottom did not have the right number of perforations for me to follow the instructions and I was reassured and told what to do. Maybe you could mention it right away??? Otherwise, it was perfect, as always.
