I really appreciated the speed of shipping. However, the packaging was average... When I opened it, carefully with scissors, some skeins were against the joint of the bag, with no protection at all. No intermediate bag to isolate them. I will take this into account next time.

I liked receiving my package very much, however on the skeins of wool there is no sample, the number of stitches and rows for ten centimeters.

Well packaged, invoice included and no disappointment with the order, pretty color. Lausanne, I am waiting for the restocking for the white to make a blanket for one bed, it is so pretty in flake. Super wool, conforms to the site. The first one I used (baby vely) is very pleasant to work with, well-packaged material. Very disappointed with the delivery. I chose to pay 2 euros more to receive it in 2/3 days but it took 1 week and the transport company was supposed to inform me of the delivery time the day before. In the end, I only found out 1 hour before after waiting all morning and disorganizing my appointments.

As usual, I am happy with my purchases, very well packaged with always a nice little note and thank you for the scratch ticket.
