Packages wrapped with care. Quality/price ok. The only downside, however, is that in the assortment I found neither multicolored cakes in 100% wool (merino, alpaca), nor mohair/silk balls. Explanations of the tutorials are great.

The site and the wool are at a good price and good quality, however, I am not satisfied with the delivery, I am charged 8€ for delivery to be delivered in 2-3 working days. I ordered on the site on 31/10, the 1st being a holiday I understand, but today, 8/11, I still have not received my package. I find that expensive to wait more than a week.

All we can wish for her, her team, and for us, is that it continues like this! I would just like a bit more shades of green in the colors, and color gradients that allow for more nuanced combinations. The prices are reasonable compared to the quality. Fast delivery, good quality/price ratio. Personally, I have trouble distinguishing the different colors, so it would be better to have names for the colors rather than numbers (brick instead of 09 for example). But I will always be a customer, no worries. ??
