I like the tutorials on YouTube, the models are nice and not outdated. The quality of the wool is good, however, I ordered wool needles (packaged in 3) and on the first use, the little plastic tip where you have to pass the wool broke, the same for the second one, so I didn't dare to use the third one. Quality not great really, it's disappointing. Other than that, everything is okay for now.

For me, everything is very good, keep it up.

Delivery times are always respected. The package is very well packaged and I am always satisfied with the yarns or cottons I order. Just once I was a bit disappointed with the pashmina. I ordered the same color twice and I was missing a ball, so I ordered 2 more to be safe, but this time it wasn't the same shade, a bit darker... yet the same reference but not the same color...
