Pay more attention to shipping: I often receive the order confirmation documents all crumpled. It would also be good to print double-sided. This way you could reduce paper usage, save money, and benefit your customers through shipping costs, for example. The 'Thank You' card is, in my opinion, completely useless... the quality of the Loco leaves much to be desired. However, it lives up to its name, as it doubles so much when you work with it that it drives you crazy! 😉 But I still love you xx
