Efficiency- speed- quality of yarns and cottons and tutorials are top-notch!!!! Minor issue: often out of stock, and products change without any notice (Dimensions of the cord, pearl holes are oversized..) You could improve the presentation of all the haberdashery on the site, it's hard to find what you're looking for everything seems mixed up
