I love the concept of tutorial videos and being able to buy the yarns that correspond directly. A bit more novelty in terms of skeins would be nice. It's a shame that the package goes through DPD, as there are often issues with them, and if no one is home, there is no possibility to pick up the package, whereas at the post office, if no one is there, you can go directly to pick up the package at the post point.

The yarn is great, the price is reasonable... always happy with my orders.

Very good overall, Lidia is amazing, but the shipping costs are way too high (13 euros for Italy!). This often holds me back from ordering from you unfortunately... and I end up ordering elsewhere!
