Speed of order processing.

On my last order, six skeins of prestige cotton and cupidon. Upon delivery, the prestige cotton was frayed at the end and the cupidon cotton was undone or the cardboard was detached from the skein. I was a bit disappointed as I was looking forward to it. First time I am disappointed, I hope for better next time ??

I love the tutorials that are very well explained as well as the excellent models for all tastes and very varied.

I received my order very quickly, however I am very disappointed with the quality of the bohemian yarn. I ordered 8 skeins. They are all from the same dye lot, unfortunately their texture is very different which forced me to undo my knitting after changing skeins. Indeed, one skein gave a felted effect to the knitting and the other a clear effect. Impossible to make a wearable sweater under these conditions. I am now trying to distribute the skeins among the different elements to finish the sweater and so that it does not look like an old sweater all felted in places.

I particularly liked the different accessories offered in the tutorials as well as the explanations, the pleasure of crocheting the yarn. Regarding the colors, I think there are too many choices (i-cord), some colors are more or less similar or close.

I am always pleased with my orders and the speed of deliveries, not to mention the tutorials.
