I really like your tutorials, you are the only one of all that I have watched to explain so well, however, this is the second time I order and receive wool that is completely damaged, I am a bit disappointed

I don't see what I could expect better because there is nothing to complain about: quite a lot of choice and especially the delivery is perfect?? as well as all the tutorials. Maybe just that I am more of a knitter than a crocheter, so if there were a bit more knitting tutorials it would really be the best??
