Delivery times are always respected. The package is very well packaged and I am always satisfied with the yarns or cottons I order. Just once I was a bit disappointed with the pashmina. I ordered the same color twice and I was missing a ball, so I ordered 2 more to be safe, but this time it wasn't the same shade, a bit darker... yet the same reference but not the same color... Otherwise, I have never been disappointed in the 5 years I have been ordering and a big thank you to Lidia for all these lovely tutorials and her kindness... we ask her for models and she always responds positively... too bad she lives too far away because it would be nice to spend a day with her to get to know her better and visit her workshop. I have been following Lidia on YouTube for a long time and I only ordered two weeks ago for the first time... Just perfect, the yarn is of perfect quality, fast delivery. I won't order anywhere else.

Personally, I follow her tutorials daily on YouTube and I really like her models and her yarns and threads are of very good quality, the choice of colors and the quality of service, the speed of shipping.

I have one remark to make, which is that the packaging is too small compared to the orders. When I received my package, opening the packaging with scissors, I damaged a ball of yarn that was too close to the packaging. You should consider larger packaging. OTHERWISE, ALWAYS TOP.
