The quality of the wools and the speed of shipping.

The wools, the cottons, the prices are very affordable.

Apart from the slightly long delivery as I had chosen to be delivered as quickly as possible, otherwise nothing to complain about, everything is good.

The wools are very good, too bad there are so many out of stock. For example, Namasté and others. The packaging of the parcel I received was torn. Cuts that damaged the wool that was just underneath. There is no protection. The delivery was otherwise fast. I really like Lidia crochet's creations. Thank you.

I love all the products from Lidia crochet. The problem is that the last order made on 02/06 has still not been delivered by DPD even though it is indicated on their site 'delivered'. I often have problems with DPD, where is my order? Supposedly the packaging was defective and supposedly it was returned to Lidia crochet and I have no news to this day.

The site looks outdated, it is difficult to find what you are looking for. The colors of the skeins are not indicated, so since we don't know... we don't buy... and we are frustrated... The site does not reflect Lidia's personality at all, which is really a shame and disappointing.
