The only issue is the carrier DPD, they announce a delivery date and do not come, arrive before the scheduled time, the last package received was mishandled, pierced in several places, taped on certain holes but also on the yarn, it is always very complicated with them.

I love the concept of tutorial videos and being able to buy the yarns that correspond directly. A bit more novelty in terms of skeins would be nice. It's a shame that the package goes through DPD, as there are often issues with them, and if no one is home, there is no possibility to pick up the package, whereas at the post office, if no one is there, you can go directly to pick up the package at the post point.

The yarn is great, the price is reasonable... always happy with my orders.
