Always delighted with the quality of your wools and also with the speed of delivery and its price, what more could you ask for (you have 'competitors' who charge up to 23 euros, whether your order is 500g or 3kg for a delivery from France to Belgium), and your prices for your wools are affordable, Thank you Lidia. Just one small thing, you bring in a lot of beautiful wools but they are hand wash only and as I am disabled, I can no longer do that (well, you probably don't have many customers like me). The little remark I want to make is regarding the packaging when you close the wool bags (probably by heating) you sometimes get too close to the wool and it ends up being cut into several lengths!!??
