The cottons match the description. Very well packaged. I haven't started the projects yet, but they are pleasant to the touch. I had to redo my order because I didn't see the difference between payment by bank transfer and payment by credit card. Order tracking and delivery are really efficient. Delivery notification by email, with a respected time slot. It is nice to know that the package can be dropped off at a pickup point or another depot in case of absence (an emergency can happen to anyone). Thank you for this excellent customer relationship.
