The speed of delivery, and the quality of the yarn.

The plus: the speed of preparation and delivery of orders and the prices of course! The minus: - the fidelity of the colors (especially between the tutorials and the shop) - I received a stained white trapilo spool in different places (outside and inside, so it must have happened during manufacturing, but it was visible to the naked eye). - some trapilo are matte and others satin. It would be nice to be able to discern it when ordering because depending on the project to be realized, it changes everything.

I love Lidia Crochet products that offer a very good quality-price ratio. The deliveries of orders are fast and the home shipping costs are interesting. The order tracking is serious and complaints are very well handled. The loyalty points offer good discount benefits. The only downside is that the availability of products, which are regularly out of stock, should be improved. I often limit my orders due to this problem because I have to wait for the product to be back in stock and place a new order which generates additional shipping costs. Otherwise, everything is perfect.
