Always well served with Lidia!! Materials or Shipping?? The little remark I want to make is regarding the packaging when you close the wool bags (probably by heating) you sometimes get too close to the wool and it ends up being cut into several lengths!!?? Good quality/price ratio of the wool. Step-by-step explanations are very precise. Lydia is very friendly and has a fair attitude. Less positive aspect at the moment: stock that is not being replenished (BB among others) without explanation (you remain stuck on a project and you wait, wait... As sure Anne, you see nothing coming)

I like your tutorials, your merchandise overall except when there are defects in the skeins or in deliveries and you doubt the customer's word!! Personally, you made me lie to try to get missing items from a previous order!! And 2 skeins of baby vely that go in lambot without being able to do anything about it!!! That said, it doesn't stop me from continuing to order from you!! It's also a shame that the dye lots don't match from one order to another!!!

I find that these are very good quality wools and cottons. Easy and pleasant to knit.
