The site is very serious, the shipping is very fast (within the day), however, I find it a shame that parcels are only shipped by Mondial Relay which are excessively slow for Corsica. Order shipped on 1/09/25 still not received, unfortunately, this will have been the last one for me.
I love your tutorials. I am a novice in your store, but I appreciate the yarns I have been able to buy. I will tell you more when I have mastered the crochet stitch.

My order was supposed to arrive yesterday 10.09.25 but nothing! Not even a delivery notice! The tracking states that a supplementary address is necessary??? And then nothing! My address is correct! The problem does not come from you, but from UPS. And I don't know where to file a complaint.
