Overall good: beautiful quality of wools/cottons, rapid reception of orders, nice diversified models clearly explained in the tutorials... The only downside for me: several months ago I ordered and knitted about thirty granny squares to make a work that was supposed to be done later (without knowing what it was about) work that I never found in the subsequent tutorials. I think it would be more interesting to tell us right away what it is about, which would avoid ordering if we are not interested....
