A pair ordered 2 months before my wife's birthday, 320Û anyway, paid cash. Displayed as available on the site, I received an e-mail a week before to tell me that you had it but that it hadn't been validated for authenticity... I'm sorry, but this is really unprofessional and smacks of a last-minute lie. I've been asking for news on a regular basis with no response or with evasive answers. Sorry again, but I absolutely do not recommend you.
An absolute disgrace, the size was wrong when I tried them on at home (the sneakers had not been worn outdoors) and I had re-gilded a small label on the tongue so that I could try the product on. They never wanted to exchange them because the label had been removed, even though the sneakers were in exactly the same condition as when they were delivered. Huge waste of time, completely closed and unsympathetic staffÉ. I won't be ordering from them again

More than a month for delivery. It's not going well at all
Pair delivered 3 weeks after date shown, delivered with certification token already opened, so impossible to return. Of course, no response from customer service. To be avoided.
Shoe order. A few days later, I sent an e-mail announcing that I was looking for a pair. 1 month passes without any news. Request for refund, because of course the payment is made when they don't even have the pair in stock. Disgraceful to have this type of procedure.

Delayed order sales in the meantime. No commercial gesture. Reply to limited ressell: you didn't keep me informed, it's me who's been fishing for information, and the tracking system has never displayed any problems or delays (authentication problem according to you). In the meantime, the sales arrived and the pair I bought had been reduced and my order not shipped. You never wanted to refund me the difference which would have been more than correct. Notice to potential future buyers. Pass your way on this resell site and prefer others that are cheaper and much faster.
Delivery time too long
Order placed on December 14th, here we are on January 8th and still waiting for delivery! :((

Extremely long lead time. Competitors in the same business take 2 weeks less, even if the shoes come from Singapore.
Delivery time not respected despite an order placed more than 3 weeks before the festive season. All in all, a gift that wasn't delivered in time for Christmas ... Given the price of the order, I was very disappointed by Limited Resell's response, which read: "Due to particularly high demand over the Christmas period, we cannot guarantee delivery of your order before Christmas"..... I'm not happy with the response. I wouldn't recommend Limited Resell and would continue to order from Stock X, who are much more responsive!

Hello Why was my review deleted I only told the truth. Pair of shoes ordered at 202.90Û accepted by limited ressel and 5 days later order cancelled because so-called technical error. Price increased to 570Û Misleading advertising
I ordered KOBE 6 GRINCH on 11/12/2023. On 12/12/2023 my order was processed. In the meantime they have increased the prices as the KOBE 6 were out of stock on all the other sites. Today I receive an email saying that LIMITED RESSEL is cancelling my order because there was an error. Price increase from 202.90 Û to 570.00 Û. This site is not reliable at all, they use false advertising to attract customers.
Order arrived very late I had to almost harass customer service for it to move again I find it a shame to pay 400 € a pair of sneakers and not receive it within the time indicated.
I've been waiting for my order for 2 weeks, it's been delayed and I still haven't heard anything. When I call customer service (open from 9am to 12pm only), the person tells me to be patient because the pair is in great demand, and can do nothing for me. Yet it's their job and the very principle of the site to offer sought-after items. So this site sells pairs of shoes that aren't even in stock? This is dubious and unacceptable.

It's November 8th, I ordered a pair of shoes for over 500Û on October 19th! I have 0 news of this pair, nobody can tell me where it is and when it will arrive! I'd love to have some news or a refund!

For a first order... frankly not at all satisfied. Nothing works. I've ordered two pairs of sneakers since the 20/10 and I've only received one pair. No information on the second pair. Knowing that the delivery date was well indicated from 3 to 12 days.
Delivery takes too long, when you make a mistake you don't even have time to cancel the order.
Do not buy from this store! I ordered a pair of Jordan 4's. Once the tracking code said Ôdelivered' I went to the pick up point but they told me that the package was not there. I went to the pick up point 3 days straight! Everytime they told me that the package wasn't there. After that I contacted Limited Resell and they told me that it was delivered and I could pick it up but again it wasn't there. After that Limited resell told me that the tracking code states that I have refused the package which is not true! Either way if it was or wasn't true that would still mean that the package is on it's way back to Limited Resell if I so called Ôrefused the package'. I have sent countless e-mails after that but Limited Resell refuses to reply to my e-mail. Now I don't have my money or my shoes. They are not customer friendly, refuse to answer e-mails and are a complete SCAM! November 7th update: The website reached out to me and agreed to pay me back just for them to never respond to me again. I have sent them an e-mail to ask when they wkll refund and still no answer. Poor communication and a big scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE!
The delivery man didn't do his job, the solution is for these types of individuals to be controlled by the government, and for them to be forced to work longer hours.

The person I spoke to on the phone was unpleasant. And yet I don't know a complicated customer, I think he doesn't know his job very well, as she says things that she retracts later in the conversation.
My parcel was returned to the sender because the relay point was supposedly unavailable. And after 24 hours my parcel was gone! But when I went to the relay point, the latter informed me that it had not been closed. WHO'S LYING TO ME !!!!
