Item as described and well certified. Only downside is the delivery time 😓 because we wanted to receive the shoes for Christmas which was not the case. But Limited Resell always answered our emails and made a gift in the delivery. Thanks to them!

Very disappointed one month to receive the article ordered for Christmas that I had to go and get. No answer to my emails before 15 days nor any possibility to reach them by phone. I was supposed to have a gift and I got nothing. I will not repeat the experience.

I have 2 different opinions: - very bad concerning the delivery time 2 months passed between my order and my delivery it would be necessary to re-examine your policy of customer follow-up. Why wait to be reminded when a problem occurs on an order but this seems to be recurrent on your site. - I am very satisfied with my pair of shoes. Sincerely
Model ordered received except that I had ordered and paid for the gift wrapping for Christmas and I received them just in the box so paid for nothing and not refunded.
