An absolute disgrace, the size was wrong when I tried them on at home (the sneakers had not been worn outdoors) and I had re-gilded a small label on the tongue so that I could try the product on. They never wanted to exchange them because the label had been removed, even though the sneakers were in exactly the same condition as when they were delivered.
