More than a month to get my order I had contacted you to get my order before leaving on vacation, I was told yes! But of course no order before leaving! Pair of tennis shoes supposedly in stock! False claim ! Otherwise I wouldn't have ordered! I am very disappointed and very unhappy with this experience! I asked for a commercial gesture on this order, but of course no discount on this order So indeed my opinion is very negative

One month delay in delivery for a pair of shoes at almost 400€. Delays are things that happen and understandable. However, to reach the customer service and have an explanation, you have to be patient. After several calls and many emails WITHOUT ANSWER a consultant, offers me 25€ of purchase on a next order. But one thing is for sure, having made dozens of calls without any answer, an adviser who hangs up on me, and without any news of a pair of shoes at 400€ one month after the order, I don't intend to recommend them! This coupon is useless, especially since a consultant told me that if I didn't receive the pair by date X a refund was possible, and well, the moral of the story is that I never got a refund! Fortunately for me I had ordered these shoes in size 44 and they kindly put me a gift in the box, a pair of socks in size 36! Go find the logic ... I highly recommend competing and better known sites (where customer service will find you a real solution) because if you have a problem with them do not expect a real commercial gesture from them.

Unfortunately, I can't give a positive review because I received my pair after one month. Especially since while waiting for my pair I tried many times to contact the customer service who was always busy, I could never talk to a consultant, NEVER. I sent 4 emails during the whole process, and I always received the same answer "your pair is on its way to our premises". Yet I had already ordered a pair of dunks on the website and everything went well. I still want to mention the customer gesture, having offered me a pair of Nike socks to apologize for the delay. I can't say that I won't recommend the site because I had 2 different experiences, but as you can see, there are surprises.

I was not satisfied with my order which was placed on 9/12 and received on 10/01, although it was guaranteed before the holiday! Unreachable service by phone to know the progress of the order, yet they answer the emails just to say they are sorry that the order is late and that they will offer you a gift to compensate you for the delay in delivery: indeed a pair of socks in 35 while you order 44 in sneakers, thank you Limited resell 🤦🏽♀️

First order placed 1 month before Christmas, no news from them for days, do not answer the phone and finally answer my 3rd email to tell me without further explanation that my order would not arrive for Christmas (while the maximum time indicated on the site is 15 days). To finally cancel my order on December 21 for a product received with a defect.... Deplorable communication, they spoiled my Christmas.
