Dear Customer, You specified: "BEFORE DELIVERING PHONE ME 1 H IN ADVANCE BECAUSE SOMETIMES ABSENT FROM HOME / TEL 06 .... "You then chose to have your order delivered to a post office, but we informed you by telephone at 12:00 on the day you placed your order that the delivery would leave directly from our supplier, SOCADIS, by appointment, and could not therefore be delivered to a relay point. Our supplier had indicated a delivery on Monday or Tuesday by GEODIS transport and they were indeed a little late as the appointment was made today (Wednesday, November 09). We were able to see that you were able to choose a delivery to your neighbor's house with GEODIS transport.
