Dear Customer, We're sorry to hear that you didn't receive your parcel on time. You placed your order on 22/05/17 at 9:40 a.m. and we dropped your parcel off at the post office the same day at 3:22 p.m. When we look at the tracking of your parcel on Colissimo.fr we can see that there was a problem with the collection point you chose as the parcel could not be delivered as planned on 24/05 and was therefore delivered to another relay point on 26/04. We therefore assume that the collection point you had chosen has not been updated by the post office as it must be closed or non-existent.
Once again, we are sincerely sorry and will pass on the information to Colissimo in order to open an investigation into this problem and obtain reimbursement of your shipping costs. Our customer service team remains at your entire disposal on 03 26 47 72 81 for any further information you may require.

I had a very good first impression, as the parcel was neatly packed to protect it during transport. However it is indicated in your description "Materials: Glass cube and brushed steel frame" you will therefore understand my surprise when I opened the parcel and discovered a white plastic cube with plastic windows!!!!! it was for a gift, I'm terribly disappointed because it's not going to fit the person and I don't have the time to buy another one! if I'd known it was going to be white I'd simply have bought it elsewhere! after a promising first impression I finally feel ripped off!!!
