The rendering in visu is not as good as on the photos, a little disappointed by the quality, otherwise well packaged product, good delivery tracking.
Console not qualitative for the price. Carton very very damaged at all remove on delivery to check. So for a gift, not great.
2 months of waiting for the shipment of the item supposedly out of stock when the product has always remained on sale promo with available product deliverable in 15 days during the 2 months of waiting, no response on the defects of the product (see below)

Order lost, once I re-launched someone took into account the request.
The rest is fine.
The lamp tends to droop. On the other hand, it's a pity you can't adjust the length of the stem.
Delivery time a little long, but this must be qualified as the order was placed during the holiday season.
I'm not thrilled, I expected better.
The detailed specifications weren't mentioned, and the photo was an awful deterrent, so I had to phone to be sure. I was very well received, by the way.

The parcel was well received and correctly packaged, but the product is mediocre considering the price.
Having phoned after receiving the rocking-chair with holes in 3 places, and sent photos of the pierced seat, the person very kindly explained that they were sending me another seat more than 2 months later and after several calls I have received nothing I am very unpleasantly disappointed with this site.
Very good luminaire except lampshade many markings and gluing defects
Identical color but label mark drawn on the velvet seat (a little disappointed) to see if in time it will disappear....

It would be great if delivery were up to scratch. When I order a chest of drawers, I expect a chest of drawers packed and delivered to the foot of my building, but not strapped to a pallet! Schenker doesn't seem to me to be suitable for deliveries to private customers.

Our products are secured to the pallet with stretch film to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. This film can be easily removed with a chisel or knife. We are obliged to deliver on pallets due to the weight and dimensions of certain products, which means they are better protected during transport and avoid damage.
Although this method represents an additional cost for us, it ensures that the product arrives undamaged, which is our priority. We chose Schenker for its reliable delivery services and its ability to handle heavy and bulky consignments, even for deliveries to private customers.

I didn't see on the photo that the table top was made of glass, I thought it was all orange lacquered metal, like the bottom tray and the leg, so I'm a bit disappointed because it doesn't look the same. I don't know if it was mentioned in the product description, I can't remember...
Loft Attitude perfect purchase and very fast (and thank you for the nice lollipop) but zero delivery no package tracking it was me who had to worry about it and the package was not even in the right name???? what a mess at colissimo !!!!
I put 2 for the speed of the soap but for the rest it is not worth more.
Goods not checked before dispatch. The chest of drawers I received is pretty but the leg is damaged. I'm keeping it anyway because it won't be in a busy room and it can stand up. But I won't be recommending Loft Attitude again.

The children's safe is, on the face of it, a good product BUT the key was inside the safe and the code number offered was not the right one. It could have been a good joke except that the safe suffered from an unintended opening mode.
