The items are well presented, but updating availability sometimes seems to be a problem. This was the case for me, but immediately after placing my order I received a phone call from Loftattitude informing me of a longer delay and giving me the choice between a refund or waiting! An impeccable response!

Terrible delivery man. I had to fight to get him to take back the pallet on which the parcel was strapped. Everything else he left. I live in the center of town in an apartment so this is a real problem.

Following a delay in the delivery of the item ordered, I called to ask if I wanted to keep the order or not, the new deadline was met and the item corresponded to the photos, beautiful and superbly packaged and protected.
