The service is generally correct (order, delivery) but the quality of the product leaves something to be desired (scratches). Following a complaint to customer service, I was told that the supplier was being questioned about this, whereas each item is supposed to be checked before being sent. Since then, no news...
5/5 is not awarded because it did not include the fact that the furniture had to be assembled (but very easy to assemble).
