Very satisfied
Ordered December 13, received January 11, for glasses in stock, delivery in 48 hours, normally and not even a word of apology in the box (it was a gift for Christmas) If I had had them in 48 hours I would have put 5 stars, for packaging and speed but here, only 1.
To apologize for the delay, we did not send you a note of apology, but we did enclose with your 6 CUBA glasses a box of 9 PIERRE WHISKY GLACONS worth €14.90. Did you receive them in good condition? We are sincerely sorry for this incident and the inconvenience caused at Christmas time, but we hope to have the chance to see you again on our website to prove our seriousness and our desire to satisfy our customers.

Satisfied but...order placed at the end of Oct, on a product in stock. They called me at the beginning of Nov (I appreciate that this is coming from you) to tell me that there will be a 1 month delay, so at the end of Nov, to finally receive the parcel at the end of Dec. Fortunately I had anticipated this.
