Surprise delivery time of 8 days instead of the advertised 15.
Order processed very quickly with almost immediate telephone contact to arrange delivery. The delivery was not made on the right day, but unfortunately the delivery services (probably an external service provider) are rarely up to scratch... good quality and compliant product.
