Dear Customer, We're sorry to hear that you didn't receive your parcel on time. You placed your order on 22/05/17 at 9:40 a.m. and we dropped your parcel off at the post office the same day at 3:22 p.m. When we look at the tracking of your parcel on Colissimo.fr we can see that there was a problem with the collection point you chose as the parcel could not be delivered as planned on 24/05 and was therefore delivered to another relay point on 26/04. We therefore assume that the collection point you had chosen has not been updated by the post office as it must be closed or non-existent.
Once again, we are sincerely sorry and will pass on the information to Colissimo in order to open an investigation into this problem and obtain reimbursement of your shipping costs.
