I ordered samples for a future order, fast delivery and in line with my expectations.
I am quite satisfied, except for the announced delivery times of 3 weeks of production... A few days before the end of the 3 weeks, I received an email informing me that it would actually take almost 2 months (probably due to overloaded production scheduling).... I had to respond by expressing my disappointment for the deadline to be shortened. If the deadline had been announced from the start (not a few days before the date I thought I would receive the package), I could have been more understanding.
Since your order in 2019, we have significantly improved our production timeline management. We have implemented real-time tracking tools and strengthened coordination between our teams to better anticipate and manage potential delays.
