We also take note of your comment regarding the assembly instructions: please accept our apologies. We indeed experienced technical issues with sending instructions throughout the year. The problem has since been resolved and each net is now accompanied by instructions!

I wanted to congratulate LOFTNETS for their quick and carefully packaged delivery, which is pleasant and puts me in a good mood. I also appreciated that Loftnets informed me by email about the change of delivery service: unfortunately, the latter, DHL to name it, did not bother to come to my home and dumped the package at the first relay point on its route... but not on mine! I have not even installed my net yet (I can't wait) but I would like to give 5 stars to the entire staff--sales, customer service, and manufacturing teams at LOFTNETS! They have gone above and beyond for my purchase as I first ran into a sizing issue (of my own making) which the team resolved. And then I ran into a customs issue (also of my own making) that the team diligently also helped me resolve. When I ultimately had to order a new net (again, this is all my own fault lol), the team and the production department still managed such an efficient turn-around that my new net was here ahead of schedule for my project. I'm beyond impressed with the level of customer care and attention to detail of the whole staff. The product is the best in its category, beautiful and well crafted and safe and I couldn't recommend it more.
