I am not at all happy with my order. I called in December to order a trampoline for my catamaran, being in the United States at that time, I discussed the order with customer service, I explained that I needed it delivered to France, and that someone would bring the trampoline to the Antilles, I specified that I wanted the black TEC 400 with eyelets, the woman I spoke to on the phone explained that the delays were longer, and that delivery would be in February, she sent me a confirmation email which I validated and paid for. We arrived in Martinique several months later, and then I realized that it was a net not in mesh but in ropes that was delivered, partly my fault since when I received the confirmation of my order, I assumed that everything was validated over the phone, the only correct thing is the color, very disappointed to find myself with the wrong product, after perhaps having trusted too much.

After checking your file, it appears that your order was made independently based on the information you provided, and that the plans and summary of the products were validated by you in mid-January before production began. The delivered product therefore corresponds to the validated order.
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to confirm the content of any prior phone exchange that occurred before the order. If a model in black TEC 400 with eyelets was recommended to you, it is indeed possible that it was the most suitable product for your needs. However, at the time of validating the order, that is not the model you validated.
We are also surprised to discover this situation today, several months after delivery, through an online review. If you had contacted us directly upon receiving the product or during its installation, we would have gladly reviewed your file to seek an appropriate solution.

Shape and size is wrong. It was a simple rectangle and somehow I did not get a rectangle… also almost half the size I requested!
