The product: conforms and seems of quality after a few days of use. Too bad in white, the thread of the socket is only covered with white and therefore fragile, so we can already see black traces since I mounted this set as a decorative light. The follow-up: efficient and friendly

Response from Lumix création
Hello,
I think you are referring to the white bakelite socket. Indeed, the bakelite socket originally black was painted in white and then varnished. The paint remains fragile and at the slightest shock can leave small black spots, leaving the original color of the bakelite. Despite these small black chips, the white varnished socket remains a beautiful vintage product.
I am currently putting online a new range of lamps with the same type but with thermoplastic sockets, in a more modern spirit and with perfect finishes. The white socket is created from white granules, so the socket is white in its mass.
Thank you again for your feedback,
Nicolas

Simple order, fast shipping*, product conforms, nothing to complain about. * at least Lumix sent the package very quickly, after that it was Mondial Relay who took a week to send it. My advice: choose another delivery method than Mondial Relay.

Response from Lumix création
I take note of the Mondial Relay routing. We are thinking of offering another faster and relatively cheap delivery method in addition to Colissimo and Mondial Relay. Thank you for your useful feedback.

I could actually appreciate recently some advice given with the delivery of a socket received at home . The warning about the assembly and the risks were very useful. I will recommend this site!

Response from Lumix création
Thank you for your feedback. Indeed, I don't have yet a technical notice for the assembly of specific sockets with integrated switch, that's why I had sent you a handwritten description.
The technical notice for the assembly of the socket is being created...
Thanks again,
Nicolas

Very good contact with the seller who had a small delay due to Christmas orders. Delivery was very fast and the product was well packaged and arrived without damage. The chosen pulley lights are well finished and easy to install.

Thank you for your feedback. It's the least we can do; too much delay = extra gift, that's the rule with us. But I want to make it clear that we always do our best to respect the announced creation deadlines.

Thank you very much. It's not always easy to respect the delivery deadlines to the letter. Sometimes we are a few days late, but in these cases we always inform our customers about the reasons for the small delay.

Very large choice on the site, fast reception. On the other hand the quality is average (the brass color is not uniform and the plastic of the socket is of bad quality).

Response from Lumix création
Thank you for your feedback.
You have purchased a walking lamp with a brass cage; the color of the brass cage can vary significantly depending on the parts and indeed sometimes present slight red reflections.
As for the socket with integrated switch, it is not made of plastic but of Bakelite, and the sockets are of very good quality, certified in accordance with the strictest European standards (IMQ-ENEC and NF-EN 60.598-1 for installation in a portable lamp). Made in Italy.
Thanks
