The delivery time is very long
Part conforms to my request fast delivery
The products were as described and delivered on time.
I placed my order on Nov 28 at 12pm. I tried to modify it without success and then asked to cancel it on the 29th at 11am before it was shipped. No answer. I received an email on the 30th to tell me that it was being prepared and then shipped! You are fast to send orders but not to answer your customers...
The package was picked up at the collection point by a person unknown to our company. Why is it no longer possible to be delivered to your own address?

I had to send an email to know that the product was available, return is very difficult. I'm waiting to see if I get a refund as I explicitly requested.
Almost 3 weeks and we still haven't received anything! How can we be satisfied?
The order was easy. However, the product description was not complete: no info if the lightning to jack adapter is a 4 or 3 contacts (with or without microphone). I ordered it hoping that it would take into account the microphone, but it does not.

Nothing to say about the delivery time and the battery which seems to be working properly for the moment. On the other hand, regarding the kit, the plastic tools all broke even though I didn't force them. Maybe bad luck! They send me back a kit for free.
