I have ordered 2 screens (the one on the iphone 7 has a manufacturing defect) or perhaps a transport defect. The lcd screen has stains from the wires I don't know how to explain but it's not normal... Defective product, impossible to access a link for the return, request for refund, many email to finally not have satisfaction, the links given by email do not recognize my passwords, the SAV wants me to take charge of the return of the product for retraction while it is deffectueux!

I ordered a 3 metre cable to charge my iPad and after it ran out I received a 1 metre cable. I reported it and after a second out of stock I received another one of 1 meter. I reported it again and was told that I could not choose the length of the cable. The moral of the story is that I go to the store to buy a 3 meter cable and I end up buying two 1 meter cables that I don't need.
