I give 5 to Agour but my package was in transit between December 7 and 9, and I had to call DHL for news. They then noted to prioritize it as a food package and I received it the next day.

Product quality. However, there was a delivery problem within the expected time due to the DPD carrier not respecting the indicated shipping time, i.e., 48 hours after the package was picked up according to the information provided by Agour.

High-end ham (shh, don't tell anyone), creamy cow cheese to die for, and Ossau Iraty: a delight, sorry the Basque cake is not as good as the one my wife makes (when she doesn't have a broken arm :-).

Order placed on 12/2. Shipped on 12/5. DPD carrier informs me of a delivery on 12/6. On Friday 12/6 at 11 am, I received an email informing me that my order could not be delivered. DPD La Roche sur Yon does not deliver on Saturdays, so my order was delivered on Monday 12/9. The delivery person told me that the depot was not heated, and fortunately, we are in December. Cheeses well packaged. But taking the risk of sending a package on a Thursday with a carrier that does not deliver on Saturday, the 24/48h delivery cannot be guaranteed.

The chosen cheese has unanimous approval and is almost finished. The dried tenderloin is well started! Everything is fine.
