This is the first time I order from Agour and frankly I am not disappointed. The site is easy to use, the delivery impeccable, in short everything is perfect.

prepared after my complaint on December 10. I received it on the 11th and I only live 40 km from Hélette. During previous orders, I have already pointed out abnormal delays regarding delivery.

We are not Amazon, but a small artisanal company, and we do our best to process each order quickly. Your order was placed on a Thursday afternoon, after the daily passage of carriers at 2 PM. Since we do not work on weekends, it was shipped on Tuesday morning and delivered by Wednesday morning. This represents a delay of 3 working days, in accordance with our announced deadlines of 3 to 5 working days. However, we understand that the wait may have seemed long to you and we sincerely apologize for that. We would also like to emphasize that this end-of-year period is particularly busy for us, but we remain committed to ensuring the best quality of service possible.
