Problem with the delivery. I had requested to be delivered to a 'relay point', but you had an issue with this type of delivery, so I was delivered to my home while I am on vacation 800 km away. I tried to reach you on Friday, July 5 in the afternoon... impossible to reach you, I left a message... for nothing. Conclusion, it was my neighbor who picked up the package, and thus enjoyed the cake.... I am not happy.
The package was delivered late but arrived safely. This delay did not affect the quality of the cheese, which, in my opinion, was even refined. The products are packaged with great care and well protected, and beyond these remarks: the cheeses are excellent. A pure delight!!!! This is not the first time I order from AGOUR, so I was not surprised by the quality of these products. It smells good of the Basque Country!!!! Real local and organic products. Navigating your site is simple and easy, which suits me perfectly; the products I ordered are excellent. However, the delivery was not great, but it's not your fault; it's more due to your provider DPD. For example, the last delivery was scheduled for June 22, but they did not come to deliver, and I had to reschedule three times. I stayed home specifically for the delivery, and when I contacted them, they said I was not present, even though I was at home. I had to reschedule for a delivery to a parcel relay, which I picked up on June 27. That's it, but for Maison Agour, I have absolutely nothing to complain about.
The delivery was very fast.
A product arrived with an expired date, but after a week of battling, the complaint was taken into account with the return of the said product accompanied by a commercial gesture that was appreciated. Customer service only operates in the morning, which is unfortunate that this is not indicated on their site.
