Since we do not work on weekends, it was shipped on Tuesday morning and delivered by Wednesday morning. This represents a delay of 3 working days, in accordance with our announced deadlines of 3 to 5 working days. However, we understand that the wait may have seemed long to you and we sincerely apologize for that.
