The delivery person did not ring, could not take the package out of the mailbox.. and asked the caretaker to open the facade and even with the facade open it was hard to get the package out... plus I had a code to give.. attention to the delivery service...

Very efficient customer service regarding the shipment of products (we had requested a cooler but since they no longer had it, they offered us the shipment in chronofresh at no extra charge). Delivery was perfect the next day and really very cold. We are tasting the products gradually (with quite distant expiration dates). Nothing to complain about except the fact that we will order again because we are convinced.
