Hello, Our apologies for the abnormally long delivery time. The order was placed on the 10th and shipped on the 11th. Unfortunately, we cannot do better on our side. As part of our contract with TNT, it is stipulated delivery in 24h but unfortunately TNT has failed this time. The parcel was only presented on the 15th, which is 3 days of delay attributable to the carrier. You were absent and the parcel was therefore re-delivered the next day. The product you purchased (ham with bone) does not require cold storage, so between the cold packs and the cooler that can maintain a temperature below 20° for 2/3 days, the ham should not have suffered too much. Disappointed by the delivery method. The plastic ice packs that accompany the cheese are non-recyclable waste. It's such a shame! A delivery service like Chronofresh is certainly more suitable for this type of product.

Package received today, fast delivery. However, regarding the products (sheep sausage, porcini mushrooms, chili) disappointing... The sausage itself clearly leaves something to be desired in terms of taste, it feels like eating a supermarket sausage. Having bought the same flavors in the Pyrenees, it's nothing compared to that!
