Despite all the care and heart we put into the development of our products, we are forced to outsource delivery. Your case is far from isolated. Indeed, some delivery people prefer to drop off several packages at a single relay point rather than go to each person's home. Although this technique is formally prohibited by TNT, some drivers unfortunately take this liberty. 20 : The products are of quality; however, I am extremely dissatisfied with the delivery. I was directed to a relay that does not have my order. No information from the carrier; Ultimately, the day after tomorrow, it was the contact from Agour who informed me of another address where to pick up my package. Of course, the products (the cheeses) suffered from this delay. I will not repeat the experience.
