No problem with the quality of your products except the delivery which did not take place at my home but at a relay point with an email message that I was absent while I was there, bad faith of the delivery person
It's a shame that the delivery conditions are not respected; we pay for home delivery, but the package is not presented to its recipient and delivered directly to a relay point.
1 : I give an average rating because I received a different gourmet basket than the one I ordered.
20 : The products are of quality; however, I am extremely dissatisfied with the delivery. I was directed to a relay that does not have my order. No information from the carrier; Ultimately, the day after tomorrow, it was the contact from Agour who informed me of another address where to pick up my package. Of course, the products (the cheeses) suffered from this delay. I will not repeat the experience.
