I had high hopes after the surgery that the headrest would make it easier for me to lie on my stomach... Unfortunately, that was not the case... The support was a great help on the way home from the clinic by car, as we had to cover 500 km. It was good for that. But at home, I couldn't use it at all for lying on my stomach; my chin always slipped down between the pillow, then the plastic casing would touch, and after a while, I had pressure on both sides of my jaw... So, my jaw hurt... Somehow, the support didn't provide me with much assistance... Unfortunately...

The instruction manual clearly explains how to position the pillow on the holder. It is important to follow these instructions: Both ends of the pillow must be in contact.

No possibility to return the pillow because it is supposedly a "medical" product. We do not like it and insist on a return label...

The pillow is quite pleasantly soft, however, the handling is not particularly good. The plastic is very sharp-edged, I keep tearing my fingers while turning the screw. The locking mechanism is also very poor. It slips out very quickly despite the plug.

Product is unsuitable for lying on the stomach after vitrectomy. And there is no Dutch manual. For me, a bad purchase.

When placing the system on a table, the column that supports the cushion prevents it from moving. I recommend consulting the user manual, chapter 2: «Sitting mode», as well as photo 8.

The package was delivered to you in a very heavy rain.
The cushion is removable and the bamboo cover can be hand or machine washed at 30°. The bamboo cover dries very quickly.
