I underwent a vitrectomy due to a hole in the macula. After the operation, the patient must keep their head tilted with their gaze directed towards their feet. This device has been of great help in adhering to this constraint. Indeed, being able to rest the head allows for proper relaxation of the trapezius area in the neck, and the gaze is well positioned.
