Uncomplicated processing and fast delivery. We are very satisfied with the pillow, as it relieves the constant downward gaze after an eye surgery.

After purchasing the product, it arrived within the expected timeframe, perfectly in accordance with the order. Ultimately, I didn't need to use it, so I decided to return it. The return process turned out to be simple and quick, without any complications. The company handled the procedure efficiently and professionally, which allowed me to finalize the return without any issues.

I appreciated Mr. Pétri's commercial service; indeed, I had cataract surgery with a vitrectomy requiring a "bubble" position, head parallel to the ground... but only for a duration of two days, so I did not use the head support and turned it around... However, I must point out that for a long recovery, it is a wonderful and easy-to-use tool. Best regards.

Very useful item for many situations in life. I ordered it for an eye recovery but had to organize myself differently. It could have been valuable but arrived too late. Beware of any scratches on the face in the chin area caused by the sharp hard plastic not perfectly covered by the pillow. The shipping cost is too high (42.90 euros) to receive it within 24 working hours from the order if placed by 2 PM on the same day, and it is not related to what was promised on the site: I placed my order at 1:30 PM on a Friday and received it the following Tuesday. The requested reductions in shipping costs were not applied.

Delivery was very prompt after payment, unfortunately the part did not meet our expectations. The return shipping cost money, but the refund was credited to the account after about 14 days.

Excellent product especially for those like me who have undergone surgery (on the eye) for VITRECTOMY, allowing for an acceptable recovery with its use, a nice design, comfortable and easy to assemble! I am very satisfied! Albano Sidari

Thanks to MassMe, the citrectomy is more bearable. The price is a bit high, but it's worth it.

This cushion really saved me during my post-retinal surgery recovery. Very comfortable and intelligently designed. It should be prescribed for every surgery that requires keeping your head down.

It's a shame that the chin rests on the plastic, which is not optimal. A higher and firmer foam would have prevented contact.

Very practical equipment in a sitting position for neck rest with the head down. Allows reading, watching a tablet while respecting the recovery guidelines after a macular hole operation.
