Product is unsuitable for lying on the stomach after vitrectomy. And there is no Dutch manual. For me, a bad purchase.
Thank you for your feedback. We understand that the recommended position after this surgery can be difficult. However, most of our users appreciate that the product helps keep the injected gas in place while preventing neck pain. In response to your comment, we will add Dutch to the manual.
It is unstable and moves when placed on a table.
My order was white bamboo and I received the red one.
It's bad. much too hard, totally unstable. you can't sleep on such a cushion. on top of that you can't send a return. a lot of money for nothing.

I received the product with moisture stains and the only thing I have been told is to wash it,
The cushion is removable and the bamboo cover can be hand or machine washed at 30°. The bamboo cover dries very quickly.
