I can only be disappointed Home trainer received but once assembled I notice it has a defect I am returning it but I am told that it is now considered as a warranty issue and that it has been sent directly back to the manufacturer So now I have no home trainer and not even sure to get it back... when a direct replacement or refund would have been so quick and so customer-friendly...

Hello. I had the misfortune of wanting to buy Shimano cleats a few months ago from a large Chinese distributor (I dare not name it). They lasted exactly 3 weeks and yet I took care of them!!!! I think they were counterfeit. I got them for cheap but for 3 weeks! I come back to you with great pleasure because I know that with you they always last more than 1 year and thus, less risk of accidents like the one I had to avoid with my Chinese Shimanos!
