I have never had any problems with my orders on the Materiel-velo.com site until now. However, I was missing a few items (out of stock) during my last order to finalize the improvement of my bike (upgrading from Tiagra group to 105).

Great that there is now a store in Grenoble. It allows for super fast and free delivery. Having mistakenly ordered the wrong tire size, I appreciated being able to cancel the order before delivery, before placing another one in the correct size right away.

A good selection and competitive prices, I always find what I need at Materiel Vélo. I always choose in-store pickup and often go to pick up my orders by bike, as the store is about twenty kilometers from my home. Always friendly welcome at MV Gleizé.

Very quickly delivered and compliant. Good material (not the usual Chinese junk). The mudguards for e-MTB are very effective! I recommend! And if needed, I will reorder!
