Hello, My order was for 3 sweatshirts: a MATT Racing color edition blue sweatshirt, a MATT Racing black sweatshirt and a MATT Racing Red edition grey sweatshirt. As for the order, everything went smoothly, it's professional! The day I received my items, too, they were in perfect condition and gave a very good impression. Despite the different yokes on the two colored sweatshirts, they're very comfortable, very soft and you feel good in them right away - it's a winner for me! Off to the washing machine... On a cotton program, spinning at 400 rpm, the blue sweater comes out spotless. I start again with the gray Red Edition, same program. It's a disaster! The red has faded and all the whites are pink! Incredible sadness! I contact customer service where I speak with Marion and after several exchanges Marion asks me to wait until the weekend (November 1st weekend) for news. I use it all the same on Tuesday, because I want to test it, and what a pleasure it is to stay outside all day with this sweater, without feeling cold, in the softness of its fabric. it's a shame! On November 2, I received the following feedback: "Hi Romuald, I've just received feedback from the production workshop that this kind of result happens when the sweater is washed at high temperatures (over 20 or 30°C). The red fabric fades because it can't stand hot washing... The same applies to all sweaters for a better life. I'll talk to production about sending you a new XL GREY/RED sweatshirt. Sportively, Marion" Now I'm happy! In the end, all that was missing was a washing label! MATT Racing's professionalism and customer service are to be commended. Passionate, friendly, responsive and attentive team. Made-to-measure suit ordered on March 3 and received on May 22, a 70-day lead time. Very nice product. The quality of manufacture and finish is very satisfactory, with a few minor niggles such as the chest panels not aligned on either side of the zipper. The level of protection is very high, with "smooth way" protection on shoulders, elbows, knees, back, coccyx and chest. Foams on the hips. Double leather buttocks. Tips to avoid misunderstandings and disappointment despite the high quality of the product: Exchange sufficiently on the desired colors. Be very precise when taking measurements. As far as I'm concerned, the jumpsuit I received, though not yet "made", is already wide in the thighs and very wide in the bust.

Very good experience if I can give a little advice call on a seamstress to take your measurements because at home it's a bit complicated to do it and make the photos but a team attentive to our needs meticulous and responsive to the slightest question doubt or other. The delivery time was long, but I think that's due to the COVID 19 pandemic. So I'd recommend MATT RACING for your equipment without any problems.
