After 1 month and a half of waiting which was supposed to be the time for them to receive the gloves from their factory and above all to check them. Big disappointment, there is felt cutting disappointed. I contact them and offer me a return for reimbursement instead of compensation. Because yes, I need these gloves and I don't want to wait any longer, so I'm forced to keep them. Go and look at alpinestar, ixon or furygan with a real after-sales service.

As for the small trace of grey pencil (on black leather) on the back of your glove's "strap guard", we're sorry about that. We try to pay attention to every pair of gloves we receive and check them, but mistakes are human, and an oversight can happen. As you point out, you had to wait quite a while to receive your pair, so we preferred to advise you to erase this little mark with a schoolboy eraser rather than return and send back your gloves, which would have left you in them for 2 weeks. The after-sales service is fully available to answer your questions, despite the busy holiday season.

I was expecting something better, as we're sold a dream on the networks. But I find that the leather is of poor quality, the stitching can do better I think in terms of discretion. And in terms of finger size, sometimes very good, sometimes not... Whereas on other gloves it doesn't do that. Relatively disappointed for the price and what's advertised, but I like it all the same.

The choice wasn't easy, as there are a multitude of companies, more or less well known, and at very different prices, to make a made-to-measure suit. I chose MATT Racing because Marion gave me excellent advice. She was able to answer all my questions and guide me in my choice, so that I didn't go for options that weren't relevant to my needs and budget. It's a rare thing these days, and I congratulate them. I highly recommend the video appointment for the measurements, and the graphic designer also gave me good advice and guidance. The announced deadline was more than met and I received my suit almost three weeks ahead of schedule.
