Deplorable customer service. I received a box of nail polish with damaged packaging even though it was a gift, I asked if they could send me a box of packaging only to be told no, it's not possible and I was only offered a 15% discount code on a future purchase. I have mixed feelings: the nail polish remover has evaporated and customer service is supposed to send me a new one, but for the moment I've had no news about the parcel. Otherwise, I did my 1st application on my toenails with the ruby kit and I'm happy with it: it holds up in the pool and on the beach. I'm also sorry we can't choose our nail polish colors in the ruby kit. I might buy other colors if I finally get the nail polish remover. If not, I think I'll look elsewhere.

My package arrived only after 2 weeks. All the information about my package was also in French which didn't make communication very clear. Through my account I also did not find a way to directly contact or click through to my order. Under contact you can contact customer service, but I would expect that through my profile I could also check on the status of my order and possibly report something through there.
