I received the parcel with a big hole in the box that went through the other boxes... the lamp has trouble heating up but it still works... I'm still disappointed with the deliveryman...

Parcel received damaged with two products leaking and therefore half-empty flakes.

I give 4 stars because the products arrived perfectly, or colors are beautiful and the oven is also great, but they made my fingers allergic.

I am still trying the products, sorry I did not receive all the items promised . I will try the sent items some more before I review honestly, then I think whether to buy again ...hoping to receive everything .

Despite numerous trips to the Uv lamp and thin coats, the drying process works only slightly...

2 varnishes were open, so everything flowed into the box

Delivery received on time, parcel complete, attractive price but despite following the instructions to the letter, the varnish didn't last more than 5 days.

The products are great to use and the colors are beautiful. The only flaw is the packaging. You have to press and bend the tube to get the product out. Once out, however, it's really easy to apply. Order arrived quickly. Efficient delivery system. Would recommend.

When I placed my order it didn't say anywhere that I needed a lamp to dry the varnish!!!!

The nail presses aren't strong, two of them are already broken.

Affordable prices, but the nail varnishes are much lighter than advertised, and you need several coats before they start to take on color. The cat-eye nail varnish gives a botched effect, or I don't use it properly.at home, the nail varnishes break off very quickly on the tips of the nails.

The product applies well although I find the glaze a bit thick. The final effect is nice and long-lasting. Removal was fairly easy but left all my nails heated and damaged. With great regret, I have to leave a less than positive review

The peel.off product makes a little too many lumps in my opinion

I'm disappointed by the colors, which are too flashy. It's hard to tell from the photos. What's more, there's no way to return them. They can be returned, but at our expense and with no possibility of replacement.

The varnish skips after 2 disappointed cheeks....

I received my order with the nail polish remover a third empty, and despite an e-mail with photos I've had no reply from you. The varnishes in the photos are a little different and misleading, but this must be the case for other brands.

I did receive my parcel but without the promised free kit... It's a real shame.

The products are fine as usual. However, my parcel arrived in a mess, the varnish box was open, the plastic damaged and no news from meanail despite an email sent.

With many colors, you have to apply many layers before you really get the color right. And removal, is not very easy with Meanails.

A bottle arrived empty

Unfortunately, the nail polish I purchased is much lighter than the color shown in the picture, so it did not meet my expectations. I did not solve the problem even with 3 coats of nail polish! In this regard, also, the polish does not spread very well, I am convinced that although it is said that there is no need to apply a base coat on the nails, it would actually be better to do so instead. I leave two stars only because it does what it promises, that is, it can be removed easily as stated in the instructions.

The machine doesn't practically. I have to put my hands in a lot of times to dry the nails, even putting 90 minutes, I have to repeat the process over and over again.

I have mixed feelings: the nail polish remover has evaporated and customer service is supposed to send me a new one, but for the moment I've had no news about the parcel. Otherwise, I did my 1st application on my toenails with the ruby kit and I'm happy with it: it holds up in the pool and on the beach. I'm also sorry we can't choose our nail polish colors in the ruby kit. I might buy other colors if I finally get the nail polish remover. If not, I think I'll look elsewhere.

Nice complete package but the semi-permanent varnish doesn't hold. I'm disappointed because I did all the steps and even put on two coats.

Bad website. I bought 2 peeling off nail polish kits. I didn't know I needed the cat complexion varnish to use them. This reference is out of stock, Meanail tells me they can't tell me when it's back in stock. I have varnish but I can't use it. Very disappointed.

Has a short life

My package arrived only after 2 weeks. All the information about my package was also in French which didn't make communication very clear. Through my account I also did not find a way to directly contact or click through to my order. Under contact you can contact customer service, but I would expect that through my profile I could also check on the status of my order and possibly report something through there.

I received my parcel completely damaged and the nail polish remover was practically emptied inside the parcel.

Order arrived on time but unfortunately I cannot say I am satisfied. After finishing a nude nail polish which I was very satisfied with, I repurchased the nail polish with the same name but unfortunately the coloration was different from the previous one then I placed a second order taking the basic nude coloration hoping it was a mistake in the name but this coloration is also different from the first one which I loved. It would be kind to indicate that the colorings have changed and the product names have remained the same so that I can place an informed order. Too bad, I was not satisfied this time.

I received my order in three weeks, the delays were just piling up!!!!
